Phuong Dang Connects with Business Leaders in Chicago

Phuong Dang was one of 12 Knox College students, all interested in a career in business, who found direction and resources during a four-day business immersion trip to Chicago over spring break.

Dang, who is majoring in Psychology, participated in a series of events to help students explore and engage as many possible career avenues in business as possible. Students toured and met the managers of the Shedd Aquarium, met city officials, and conferenced over lunch with bankers at Huntington Bank. The events were organized by Knox's Office of Alumni Relations and Bastian Family Career Center.

In addition, more than 30 Knox alumni gathered to connect with the students in a speed-networking event. Duke Petrovich '76, former CEO of the Wm. Wrigley Company, was among several alumni who had individual lunches and conferences with the students.
